Oops the blog has gone off its regular programming! It started with some fobs on my part with post scheduling, and then there was a trip to Hong Kong to experience, and its aftermath to deal with.
We were in Hong Kong with two other families on quite an unplanned trip. The original idea was to book a villa at some beach resort, but somehow we ended up in Hong Kong. Since there were five kids in all, we decided to make a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland as well.
I left Hong Kong with some Disney magic, and a desire to go to Hong Kong again to experience it more fully. I was last there five whole years ago, and there's something about the buzz of the city that draws me to it. Unsurprisingly, we could not do and see as much with all the kids in tow this round. Bubbles did not enjoy the city at all, and when asked why, she said that it is 'noisy' and that she couldn't hear any birds chirping! She said a vehement 'No' when I asked if she would like to move there to live (something I wouldn't mind doing for a couple of years!).
There is now luggage to unpack (I'm so much quicker at packing than unpacking), and Bubbles to nurse back to health. She came down with a lingering fever while we were at Disneyland (poor kiddo), and we are doing what we can to fight it.
Here are some Instagram shots of our trip. There will be more proper photos soon!

You know what? I'm bringing Muffin there next month and I can't say I'm not a little apprehensive! Hectic city with a preschooler and another squirming one inside me :) The whole reason is Disneyland!

Congrats on your pregnancy! :) It will be a lovely time to go, with the cool weather. I say just stick to spending time at Disneyland and leave all thoughts of shopping-eating-shopping-sightseeing for another trip either sans kids or when they are much older! =P Do have a buffet meal at the hotel, the food was really good and the kids got to meet Mickey! (I hear at Disney hotel you get to see more of the other characters. We are at Disney Hollywood but the kids were just as delighted!)
