My love for chwee kueh has recently been rekindled. I love it freshly made, warm and soft.The ones sold at Ghim Moh Food Centre are especially good. The textures are perfect and the sprinkled chai poh is made beautifully, with a lovely mellow flavour, and not just plain salty.
