I've just received my first Chinese New Year gift this season!A beautifully cloth wrapped package containing mandarin oranges and 年糕 (Chinese New Year cake) from dear friends: a creative mother-daughter pair.
The next one week will be hectic with two reunion dinners, a flight up to KL, tons of eating and visitations.
Here's wishing everyone a very happy Chinese New Year - all the best wishes for the year ahead!
