As usual, it was one full of eating. Somehow my body programmes itself to be able to take it a lot more food on trips up. There's always the 'must have' list :)
Anyway, I'm wondering why the Singapore side of the 2nd Link always takes about 10 times longer to get through than the Malaysian side. It is rather puzzling, if not frustrating.
Still, it can't beat the time we were stuck during the Mas Selamat fiasco, which coincided with the 8th March Malaysian Elections.

tuas? really??
i thought they are faster than woodland's wor?
What's one of your must-haves? :)
tiff: Yup. I've not driven via Woodlands in years, but at Tuas the queue was long indeed!
jacinta: Pork Ball Noodles! You can't find it in Singapore. A flavourful broth with square-shaped pork 'balls' and fine kway teow.
Yong Tau Foo located on Jln Ampang also deserves a thumbs up. Be aware tat u will eat by standing, empty seats become rather bizzare there. Go try! :)
Pork Ball Noodles ---> May I hv the address?? I am a frequent visitor to KL. :)
celcilia: Yeah, am willing to sacrifice comfort for good food! Unfortunately I don't remember most of the places I go to, as I just go along with Roboman and his family/friends. But I believe in most hawker places you'll be able to find pork ball noodles. You can ask to add this special sausage. It is like Chinese lup cheong but less waxy and more meaty.
