Roast Goose

Roast Goose is one of the must-haves when one is in Hongkong. It tastes somewhat similar to duck, but with a gentler, more subtle fragrance and flavour. The meat also tends to be melt-in-your-mouth tender, if cooked correctly.
The goose we had was pretty good. Unfortunately I forgot to take down the name of the restaurant where we ordered it. It was the one we wandered into after the Lin Heung Tea House incident.
I know of friends who get huge cravings for this, but for me, the more affordable Chinese-style roasted duck satisfies me well enough!
