No Mummy Muscles

I woke up this morning with aching arms.

The pain from muscle soreness radiate from the shoulders, upper arms, forearms and even wrists. Sitting at the computer today, I constantly have to stretch the muscles and self-massage.

Just what did I do yesterday that caused this?

I carried my friend's two-month-old baby.
For about 30 minutes.

FAIL!

hehehehehe! NO! not fail! the answer is to go do your pilates! build up the arm muscles!

thankfully the carrying-bit is a phase thing. after they are like 1+ when they can walk, they wanna walk the whole place liao.
